A BIT ABOUT ME

I am a veteran, former social worker, wife and mom of 3 who understands how life gets in the way. After losing almost 100 pounds myself, finding peace in my life, and fighting cancer-

I knew I could help others find balance too!

 

Why be fit when you can be well?

 

I’ve spent a lot of my life in the gym, but what I’ve learned through my years and what I spend my time teaching my clients is that the gym isn’t about aesthetics or your weight. Our time and space here is about managing stress, making time for ourselves, enjoying movement and taking care of our overall health. When you take care of your overall wellbeing your body takes care of itself and my most successful clients have found this to be true. A holistic approach to your wellbeing is necessary to give you long lasting health and I can help you manage all of the facets of your life.
